Rancho Las Garitas: a private gated enclave in the campo

Rancho Las Garitas is a quiet campo community with stunning mountain views on the banks of the Río Laja. It is an easy walk to the Atotonilco sanctuary, hot springs and country restaurants, and only a 20-minute drive to downtown San Miguel de Allende.
A gated community with a 24-hour live-in gatekeeper at the front gate. Water comes from a private community well, with the well pump and casings replaced in 2024, and shared walking paths wind through the community for everyone to enjoy.
